k09 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and k09 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the k09 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services. k09 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with its effective date noted at the top.

To register and maintain an account on k09 and to use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. k09 is an adult entertainment platform and strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of another person, entity, or as part of any syndicate arrangement.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of k09 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.

To access the full range of k09 Services you are required to create a registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. k09 may, at its sole discretion, require you to submit supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. k09 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify k09 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the k09 platform at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or pledged to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or access will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved.
• k09 reserves the right to close dormant accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Prior written notification will be issued to the registered email address before any dormant account closure is effected.
• You must notify k09 promptly of any changes to your registered personal information, including changes of address, contact number, or payment method details, so that our records remain accurate at all times.

k09 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. k09 does not accept payments from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all k09 accounts:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits are set at the payment method level and may vary by provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may have withdrawals suspended until the required documentation is submitted and reviewed.
• Verified withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled maintenance.
• k09 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. Please consult your payment provider's terms for details.

k09 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and does not imply any suspicion of misconduct on the part of the player.

k09 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant bonus offer.
• k09 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to a player opting in to that offer. Once a player has opted in and the bonus has been credited, the terms in force at the time of opt-in apply.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless the specific promotion expressly permits the stacking of bonuses. Playing with real-money funds while a bonus is active may affect the sequencing of fund usage; please review individual bonus terms carefully.
• Any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players will be voided in full. k09 reserves the right to recover previously paid winnings derived from improperly obtained bonuses.

k09 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn, altered, or replaced at any time at k09's sole discretion without prior notice, subject to the protections afforded to players who have already opted in.

All bets placed on k09 are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules, where applicable, are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• Bets are final once confirmed. k09 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases where k09 determines, at its sole discretion, that a bet was accepted due to a manifest system error or an obvious pricing error.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server logs. k09's system records are the authoritative source of truth for all bet outcomes and transaction histories.
• k09 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, placed by a player who is ineligible under these Terms, or placed in a manner that k09 reasonably suspects constitutes matched betting, arbitrage, or any other form of systematic exploitation of the platform.
• Winnings are credited to your k09 account balance following settlement of the relevant market or completion of the relevant game round. Credited winnings are available for withdrawal subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds used in the winning bet or game.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k09 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, interact with the platform, or derive unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, use of proceeds of crime, or any other financial crime using the k09 platform or Services.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting patterns in sports markets.
• Registering an account using false identity information, using another person's identity or payment details without their consent, or impersonating any other player, k09 staff member, or third party.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the k09 platform to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages that would not have been obtainable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of platform vulnerabilities will be voided.

k09 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, transaction patterns, and gameplay behaviour in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, k09 may take immediate protective action including account restriction, fund hold, and mandatory KYC review without prior notice to the player.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and other materials made available through the k09 platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of k09 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for the purpose of using the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content from the k09 platform for any commercial purpose without k09's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Content will constitute infringement of k09's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k09, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if k09 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. k09's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your k09 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k09 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

k09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account conduct rules, betting rules, or prohibited conduct provisions.
• k09 is required to close the account pursuant to a legal obligation, court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority.
• k09 reasonably suspects that the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes, or that the player no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds or winnings derived from improperly obtained bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. k09 is under no obligation to return funds that are the subject of an active fraud investigation or that represent proceeds of prohibited conduct.

k09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, k09 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to affected players by posting a notice on the k09 platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with the player's account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the k09 Services following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your account by contacting customer support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and principles. k09 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction and accessing the Services from territories where online gambling is unlawful is done at the player's own risk and responsibility.

In the event of a dispute between you and k09 regarding any bet outcome, transaction, account matter, or interpretation of these Terms, you should first contact k09 customer support to seek an informal resolution. k09 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated in accordance with k09's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from our customer support team.
